The Open Table system uses actual data about the dining habits of customers at BYOB establishments like Regions. Based upon this research, reservations are accepted accordingly:

Parties of 2: 1 to 1.5 hours
Parties of 4: 1.5–2 hours
Parties of 5 or more: 2–2.5 hours
